Step:1 go to https://phedmizoram.in/ and Click User Login Button

Step:2 if you are a new user, register your details by click on the New User button.

Step:3 In the Register Form, fill the all details and click the Submit button.

Step:4 Enter the 6-digit OTP which is sent to the given mail ID, and enter the Password for you. And click Submit button

Step:5 if the OTP is verified, it will redirect to the home page. Click on the New Application button for the new application from.

Step:6 Fill all the fields in the form with LSC document and click the Declaration checkbox to enable the Submit button.

Step:7 After Submit the Application form can be print the application form with Application Number.

Step:8 Click User Home button to redirect to Home Page.

Step:9 click the New Application Status link to know the status of the application.

Step:10 if the SE is approved then, there is the Pay Now button, click it for the estimation details.

Step:11 In the Estimate page, there is Pay Now button, click it for do the Online Payment.

Step:12 it will redirect to do the Online Payment pop box. Select payment method and pay the Amount.

Step:13 After payment Successful, it will redirect to Acknowledgement page.

Step:14 After issue the fitting order by EE, JE will complete the fitting process.
